VETERINARY REGULATIONS

Each exhibitor and visitor are obliged to submit a veterinary document confirming the valid vaccination against rabies and infectious diseases not older than 21 days.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Entry letter will be available at clubdogshow.sk from 25.08.2023. The entry letter also includes a catalog number, which must be printed in advance.
  • Shows will take place in a large-capacity tent on a grassy area. One ring on Friday, two rings on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Each shown dog will receive a written judging list. Juding lists will be printed continuously in the Show office.
  • In the Show office, there will be an opportunity to ask for Club championship. More info: https://poodleclub.eu/klub/klubove-sampionaty/
  • It will be possible to build show tents ONLY in the sections marked by the organizer on the grass area.
  • Exhibitors can come to set up their tents no earlier than Thursday, 31 August 2023 after 18:00. Construction of tents will not be allowed before this time.
  • All special competitions must be entered in advance via clubdogshow.sk. Registration in place is not possible.
  • The catalog will only be published ONLINE.
  • Cancellation of the application by e-mail is possible until the third deadline, i.e. until 07.08.2023.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • Only dogs with FCI pedigree may participate in the show.
  • By registering, the exhibitor agrees to pay exhibition fees.
  • It is not possible to register a dog for the exhibition or to assign it to another class on the day of the exhibition.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to change judges and adjust the time schedule.
  • If the show is not held for objective reasons, the fees shall be used to cover the necessary costs. The organizer will refund 30% to the exhibitors.
  • The exhibitor shall be liable for any damage caused by him or his dog during the exhibition. The organizer is not responsible for damage caused to the dog.
  • The Exhibitor is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Exhibition Regulations of the SKCHP and the Exhibition Regulations of the SKJ.
  • The Exhibitor is obliged to follow the instructions of the ring personal and the Organizer.
  • The Exhibitor must enter the ring in time and be marked with the correct catalogue number, otherwise the Exhibitor loses its right to be judged.
  • An Exhibitor who leaves an exhibition before it ends shall lose his right to all prizes.
  • It is prohibited to treat a dog with a substance that changes the structure, colour or form of the coat, skin or muzzle.
  • Tying dogs on gallows outside the time when the dogs are treated is strictly prohibited.
  • Loud encouragement (double handling) of dogs from outside the ring is forbidden.
  • The judge is obliged to exclude aggressive dogs from the show ring.
  • Judges shall be assessed against the applicable standards issued by the International Cynological Federation (FCI).
  • The protest may be submitted only for formal reasons and in writing at the exhibition office during the exhibition, until the end of the judging in the ring, at the same time as the deposit of €100 , which will be forfeited if the Exhibitor makes a decision to the detriment. A protest against the referee’s decision shall not be admissible.
  • Free running of dogs in the show area is forbidden.
  • The exhibitor is responsible for the protection and well-being of the dog at the exhibition. It is forbidden to expose dogs to situations of discomfort and health complications, such as leaving the dog in the car during high temperatures or cruel treatment of the dog. Violation of this prohibition will lead to exclusion from the current and other exhibitions organized by the Slovak Poodle Breeders’ Club.
  • By registering the dog for the exhibition, pursuant to Section 13 of Act No.18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, the Exhibitor gives his consent to the processing of personal data (name, surname) and agrees to their publication and publication of photo documentation from the course and results of the exhibition on the website poodleclub.eu and Facebook.

SHOW CLASSES

  • minor puppy from complete vaccination (rabies vaccination + 21 days) to 6 months,
  • puppy from 6 to 9 months,
  • junior from 9 to 18 months,
  • intermediate from 15 to 24 months,
  • open from 15 months,
  • champion from 15 months (for National or International Champions),
  • honour from 15 months (for holders of the title of National or International Champion), does not compete for BOB.
  • veteran from 8 years.

TITLES AND CERTIFICATES

  • CAJC SR – can be obtained by individuals in Junior class that have achieved excellent 1, separately dog and bitch.
  • CAC SR – can be won by individuals in Intermediate, Open, and Champion class that have achieved excellent 1, separately dog and bitch.
  • Reserve CAC SR: can be obtained by individuals in the Intermediate, Open and Champion class, awarded with excellent grade 2, if in his class the title CAC has been awarded.
  • SKCHP Minor puppy champion Candidate: the title can be won by a poodle in the Minor puppy class, awarded with the very promising 1.
  • SKCHP Puppy champion Candidate: the title can be won by a poodle in the Puppy class, awarded with the very promising 1.
  • SKCHP Junior champion Candidate: the title can be won by a poodle in the Junior class, awarded with excellent 1.
  • SKCHP champion Candidate: the title can be won by a poodle in the Intermediate, Open or Champion class, awarded with exc. 1.
  • SKCHP Veteran champion Candidate: the title can be won by a poodle in the Veteran class, awarded with excellent 1.
  • SKCHP Honour champion Candidate: the title can be won by a poodle in the Honour class, awarded with an excellent 1.
  • Junior Speciality Winner (at Speciality Show): Awarded separately in all sizes and colours for dog and bitch. CAJC title holders compete for the title.
  • Speciality Winner (at Speciality Show): it is awarded separately in all sizes and colours for dog and bitch. CAC title winners compete for the title.
  • Junior Jubilee Winner (at Jubilee Show): Awarded separately in all sizes and colours for dog and bitch. CAJC title holders compete for the title.
  • Jubilee Winner (at Jubilee Show): it is awarded separately in all sizes and colours for dog and bitch. CAC title winners compete for the title.
  • Best Junior of Breed (BOJ): can obtain a dog or bitch that have won CAJC in the Junior class. The title is awarded separately in each colour and size.
  • Best of Breed (BOB): the title is awarded in all sizes and colours separately, for the dog or for the bitch. All individuals from the Junior class which have received CAJC, the best adult individuals (Speciality Winner or Jubileee Winner dog and bitch) and Excellent 1 from Veteran class compete for the title.
  • Best of Opposite Sex (BOS): the title is awarded to an individual of the opposite sex as BOB.
  • Minor Puppy BIS: dogs and bitches in all colours and sizes, which have won the title SKCHP Minor puppy champion Candidate, compete together for the title.
  • Puppy BIS: dogs and bitches in all colours and sizes, which have won the title SKCHP Puppy champion Candidate, compete together for the title.
  • Honour Class BIS: dogs and bitches in all colours and sizes, which have won the title SKCHP Honour champion Candidate, compete together for the title.
  • Veteran BIS: dogs and bitches in all colours and sizes, which have won the title SKCHP Veteran champion Candidate, compete together for the title.
  • The best of size – dogs and bitches, which have won the title Junior Speciality Winner and Speciality Winner, compete together for the title, each size separately. This title is awarded on Friday and Sunday.
  • The best of colour – dogs and bitches, which have won the title Junior Jubilee Winner and Jubilee Winner, compete together for the title, each colour separately. This title is awarded on Saturday.
  • BIS BOS: BOS title winners compete for the title, all colours and sizes combined. First place is awarded.
  • BIS Junior: BOJ title winners compete for the title, all colours and sizes combined. Places I. – III are awarded.
  • BIS Speciality Show: BOB title winners compete for the title, all colours and sizes combined. Places I. – IV are awarded.
  • BIS Jubilee Show: BOB title winners compete for the title, all colours and sizes combined. Places I. – IV are awarded.
  • Supreme BIS: the title is competed for by the holders of the BIS and BIS Junior from all three shows. First place is awarded.

Note: In the final competitions, I.-III places are awarded with a minimum number of 4 participants in the final competitions. Otherwise, only first place is awarded.


SPECIAL COMPETITIONS

  • Child and dog: children up to 9 years of age – contact of child and dog is judged.
  • Juniorhandling (2 categories: 9-13 years and 14-17 years) – can also compete with a poodle that was not shown at the show.
  • The best couple: an owner (100% same owners on both dogs) can enter his dog and bitch of the same size and colour that have been judged on the show.
  • The best breeding group: A breeder can enter his breeder’s group of at least 3 dogs or bitches of the same colour and size, which have been judged at this show. The dogs do not have to be owned by breeder, but they must come from the same kennel from at least two different litters, at least two different sires and dams.
  • Best Breeding after the Stud Dog: the owner of the stud dog who shows at least 2 individuals and stud dog can enter the competition. Breeding after the stud dog may not be of a single colour. The type balance and the quality of breeding is judged.
  • Best Breeding after the Breeding bitch: the owner of the breeding bitch can enter the competition, who shows at least 2 individuals after his breeding bitch and several fathers and breeding bitch. Offsprings after a breeding bitch may not be of the same colour. The type balance and the quality of breeding is judged.

FREE COMPETITIONS

All poodles registered to the shows can enter the competition regardless the grade or title in the main competition. First place is awarded.

FUN COMPETITIONS

Registration will take place on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and are free of charge. FUN competitions will take place in the main ring in the following order:

  • The best dog´s costume (only 1. place is awarded) – Dress up your dog to an original costume.
  • Poop raffle (lottery) – for every poop thrown into dedicated trash bin you will receive one raffle ticket.
  • The best talent (only 1. place is awarded) – the owner must perform various commands/tricks or the entire choreography with his poodle within a time limit of 2 minutes. It is allowed to reward the dog during the show.
  • The fastest call in (only 1. place is awarded) – the poodle must run as fast as possible across the track with scattered “traps” when called by the owner. The fastest poodle wins. It is possible to call the dog in any way, but the owner must stay in the designated place. A helper/volunteer holds the dog before the start
